The General Dentistry Treatment Center was established in May 2007 as a department that play a central role in dental education at the University of Osaka University Dental Hospital. Dental skill development is one of the major missions of university hospitals. Faculty students and resident dentists receive treatment under the lecture of senior doctors with the aim of developing human resources who can play a central role in the next generation of dental care.
