Do I need a referral letter to be seen?

You do not need a referral letter to be seen at our hospital. After checking in at counter 1 ( First Visits), General Reception on the first floor, our staff will ask you about your oral condition and guide you to the appropriate department in the Pre-examination and Consultation Room.

What are your reception hours?

For first-time visitors, reception hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and the year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd).

I have lost my appointment card. What should I do?

We can reissue your appointment card. Please visit the counter 1 ( First Visits), General Reception on the first floor.

What are the visiting hours for inpatient?

Visiting hours are from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Can I park my car at the hospital during hospitalization?

We ask that you refrain from parking at the hospital during hospitalization.
