Center for Jaw Deformity, as a leading high volume center, provides advanced and optimal care within a comprehensive, multidisciplinary medical framework in which all affiliated departments collaborate closely.

Diagnosis, Pre- and Postoperative Orthodontic Treatment
A diagnosis by an orthodontic specialist, based on comprehensive examinations, is required. If orthognathic surgery is indicated, preoperative orthodontic treatment tailored to the individual case will be initiated. Patients may also receive preoperative treatment at an external orthodontic clinic and then undergo orthognathic surgery at our hospital. After orthognathic surgery, postoperative orthodontic treatment is conducted to fine-tune the occlusion.
Pre surgical 3D Simulation
By using dedicated software to perform preoperative 3D simulations in every case, we achieve highly predictable, minimally invasive surgical procedures.。
Surgical Orthodontic Treatment
Tailored to each individual case, we perform the most appropriate orthognathic surgery. Surgical options include two-jaw osteotomy, one jaw osteotomy (maxilla or mandible), genioplasty, and distraction osteogenesis. In some cases, reduction glossectomy or temporomandibular joint surgery may also be incorporated into the treatment plan.
Treatment of Highly Complex Cases
Under close collaboration among all relevant departments, we provide comprehensive, specialized treatment for severe cases associated with congenital anomalies such as cleft lip and palate, as well as those involving condylar resorption and deformity.
