On 5 October 2026, under the guidance of Shofu Inc., Dean of Sao Paulo State University – UNESP Professor Cesar Rogério Pucci and their delegation paid a courtesy visit to Professor Kazuhiko NAKANO, Dean of the Graduate School of Dentistry, the University of Osaka and Professor Takashi YAMASHIRO, Director of the University of Osaka Dental Hospital.
During the meeting, active discussions were held regarding academic collaboration
and student exchanges between both universities, making it an important opportunity to further strengthen their partnership.
Following the courtesy visit, the delegation toured our hospital, visiting the Departments of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Pediatric Dentistry, Preventive Dentistry, General Dental Restoration Laboratory, Prosthodontics and Implantology, as well as Periodontics and Endodontics. They also visited Professor Satoshi IMAZATO of the Department of Dental Biomaterials, the Graduate School of Dentistry at the University of Osaka which is currently hosting an international student from their university, and had the opportunity to observe the laboratory environment and research facilities.
