Procedures

Please come to counter 10, General Reception on the first floor by 9:30 on the day you are admitted to the hospital.

What to Bring

To complete your admission, please bring the following:

  • Admission application form (with guarantee and pledge)
    Please fill out the form and make sure both you and your guarantor sign and seal it.
    If the patient is a minor, the guardian should sign as the applicant and the guarantor should be listed as "same as above".
  • My Number Card or Health Insurance Card
  • Claimant certification for medical care (if applicable)

Important Information

  • Please let us know if you are covered by traffic accident insurance, worker's accident insurance, public assistance, or public service accident compensation insurance.
  • Depending on your medical condition, you may be eligible for financial assistance programs such as medical treatment for children with disabilities,medical and infant care services, medical rehabilitation service for adults with a physical disability and social welfare benefits. Please ask us for more information.

Hospitalization

What you need during your stay

hospitalization information, chopsticks, spoon, one cup each for drinking water and gargling, water bottle for heat insulation, feeding cup, earphones (for those who use TV or radio) , indoor shoes, front-opening pajama, underwear, tissue paper, face towels (4), bath towels(3), tooth brush and toothpaste, body soap, shampoo and conditioner,
*Please also bring any other personal items you may need during hospitalization.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served . Our meals are designed for the treatment of inpatients and early recovery of illnesses. We follow the doctor's instructions and manage our nutrition appropriately.

  • If you have any food allergies, be sure to inform your doctor or nurse.
  • Special meals are also available depending on the medical conditions. If you have any questions about meals, please feel free to inform nurses.

Laundry

Washing machine and drying machine are available.

  • Only cash can be used.
  • Please prepare detergent.
  • Available time is 6:00~22:00 (reservation required).

Discharge

When your doctor has approved your discharge, a nurse will explain the discharge procedure. If you need to take medication, a nurse or pharmacist will explain it to you and give you the medicine.

Payment

How to calculate inpatient medical expenses

Inpatient medical expenses are calculated based on the number of points stipulated in the Health Insurance Act and other factors, as well as the fees set by the hospital. In addition, the hospitalization fee is calculated on a daily basis, not on a nightly basis.

About your hospital payment

During your stay

  • We will calculate your hospital charges around the 10th of each month.
  • You will receive an bill directly to your room for any charges incurred during the previous month.
  • We kindly ask that you settle your bill within 15 days of receipt.

Upon discharge

  • On your day of discharge, we will provide you with a final invoice that includes all remaining charges, including any costs incurred up to your discharge date at counter 10, Genral Reception.
  • Once you have completed the discharge procedures, please proceed to counter 7 to make your payment.
