{"id":1888,"date":"2024-12-24T15:12:18","date_gmt":"2024-12-24T06:12:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hospital.dent.osaka-u.ac.jp\/?page_id=1888"},"modified":"2025-03-25T10:36:28","modified_gmt":"2025-03-25T01:36:28","slug":"inpatient","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hospital.dent.osaka-u.ac.jp\/en\/patient\/inpatient\/","title":{"rendered":"Information for Patients to be Admitted to the Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vk-htags-b7f89c48-e08a-4e3c-9c18-608a7595bd9f\">Procedures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please come to counter 10, General Reception on the first floor by 9:30 on the day you are admitted to the hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-vk-heading-solid_bottomborder_black has-large-font-size\">What to Bring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your admission, please bring the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-vk-arrow-mark\">\n<li><strong>Admission application form (with guarantee and pledge)<\/strong><br>Please fill out the form and make sure both you and your guarantor sign and seal it.<br>If the patient is a minor, the guardian should sign as the applicant and the guarantor should be listed as \"same as above\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My Number Card or Health Insurance Card<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Claimant certification for medical care (if applicable<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-vk-heading-solid_bottomborder_black has-large-font-size\">Important Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please let us know if you are covered by traffic accident insurance, worker's accident insurance, public assistance, or public service accident compensation insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on your medical condition, you may be eligible for financial assistance programs such as medical treatment for children with disabilities,medical and infant care services, medical rehabilitation service for adults with a physical disability and social welfare benefits. Our meals are designed for the treatment of inpatients and early recovery of illnesses. We follow the doctor's instructions and manage our nutrition appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have any food allergies, be sure to inform your doctor or nurse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special meals are also available depending on the medical conditions. If you need to take medication, a nurse or pharmacist will explain it to you and give you the medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to calculate inpatient medical expenses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inpatient medical expenses are calculated based on the number of points stipulated in the Health Insurance Act and other factors, as well as the fees set by the hospital.
