The basic policy regarding the safety management of medical care at our hospital is as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We strive to create a system that allows patients and their families to receive medical care with peace of mind. We achieve this by sincerely listening to their needs, providing sufficient and accurate information, and ensuring they feel comfortable and understood throughout their treatment process. We actively encourage their participation in their own care. To ensure patient safety, we promote awareness among our staff and strive to prevent medical errors while maintaining a high standard of medical care. All members of our hospital work together to promote patient safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have established the following organizational structure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This division is responsible for investigating and analyzing patient safety issues, disseminating guidelines, confirming and advising on the management of patients and their families when medical errors occur, confirming and advising on the content of medical records and nursing records, and investigating the causes of incidents.\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This committee plans and develops patient safety management measures and measures to prevent medical errors, creates manuals, plans and manages education and training on safety management, investigates and analyzes reports of accidents and incidents, coordinates with risk managers, confirms and advises on the status of descriptions of medical errors, etc., in medical records and nursing records, and takes measures to prevent medical errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
